This is a place the locals go for good hardy latino food. I was on a quest for chicharrons. I found plenty and some. I did not give a 5/5 because all the dining tables were dirty with food crumbs, dried sause and grease spots, and the floor was dirty. I recommend ordering food to go.
The chicharron and carnitas in this location is way better
Styrofoam plates, paper towels for napkins, and the best tacos de barbacoa and chicharrones you will eat north of the border. Located in a strip mall west of Santa Fe, this place delivers really really big on flavor and portions: everything homemade, including the tortillas. Not for vegans! On offer are tacos de buche, de cuero, de barbacoa, de chicharrón, etc. we were the only native English speakers here at lunch time, but you don’t need Spanish to order. Love this place!
Best Tripas taco I've had in long time. Last one that I remember that was bomb, was the one's from Tacos El Gordo.
Visited on a recommendation from a family member while we were visiting from Denver's. So authentic and delicious, no to mention the prices were so fair. We got 6 carnitas tacos and couldn't finish them because they pack them so well. Def a must if your a pork lover.
9 pm closing for a Sunday in Santa Fe is rare. After a long day of fishing, I was thrilled that I found a restaurant open. First time here and I was blown away by the salsa and the tacos el pastor. The service was great. Even the cook came out and checked on me. Highly recommended for the deliciously spicy food and great friendly service.
The fastest tacos on the block. Tripe tacos are a delicacy these days, and El Kochi Loco leaves you more than satisfied with the most epic crunchy, but tender, tacos with the traditional cilantro and onion toppings. The red and green salsas are a great compliment to any pork fixings you choose. This place is definitely all about those craving for good pork and hot food. They're super fast and friendly even during their busiest times. I love the Tamarindo jarritos, but this time I had to go with the bottled sangria. Looking forward to another visit very soon. Very convenient to those passing through town, or the busy locals who crave for some good old traditional Mexican food, served blazing fast.
Tacos here are legit. Carnitas are really good tortillas are not those fake ones full of preservatives. If you want carnitas tacos this is the place in Santa Fe to go
